Partner at Inglez Werneck Advogados responsible for the competition, compliance and international trade practices, with extensive experience advising national and multinational companies. Master and PhD student in Law from PUC-SP. Author of the book "The Dogma of the Cartel and the Selectivity of Brazilian Competition Law". He is recognized in the main national and global legal rankings, including Chambers and Partners, Latin Lawyer, Who’s Who Legal, LACCA, Best Lawyers and Análise Advocacia. He was elected one of the 40 best competition lawyers under 40 in the world (40 under 40), by the Global Competition Review (GCR). He is currently vice-president of the OAB-SP Competition and Economic Regulation Studies Commission and member of the board of the Brazilian Institute of Competition, Consumption and International Trade Studies (IBRAC). Professor of Commercial Law at Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (FAAP) and competition law at Catolica Universidad de Chile, as well as professor at several other educational institutions.
